2026 Primary Election: Provisional Ballot Sufficiency Hearing

The Return Board for the 2026 Primary and Special Election will meet on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. at 11311 Roosevelt Blvd for a sufficiency review of the remaining provisional ballots. Affected voters may attend and provide testimony or send testimony via email as described below.

This list includes provisional ballots that will undergo a sufficiency review by the Board.

Affected voters may attend the meeting to provide testimony or public comment about their provisional ballot.

Alternatively, they may send testimony or evidence via email to phillyelection@phila.gov with “Provisional Ballot Review” in the subject line, as appropriate. Emails must be received no later than two hours before the hearing begins (10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 29, 2026).
